New Patients
At IK Clinics we respect your confidentiality and all your information is stored in accordance with strict data protection guidelines.
At the time of your initial consultation, you will be asked for few personal details to enable us to register you onto our system.
We offer face to face consultations as well as consultations via video links or telephone. The consultation fee structure applies to any of these consultations undertaken with the Clinician.
To avoid failed attendance, we politely request that a full consultation fee is paid to secure an appointment with our surgeons.
Payments
Due to complex nature of the treatments offered, most require bespoke surgical kits and for this reason we request that all fees are paid when you book and confirm your appointment.
If you have any issues with paying the full amount, kindly let us know in confidence and don’t hesitate to ask about your options.
We accept payments with cash and credit cards. All credit cards accepted apart from American Express.
Cancellations Policy
We are all leading increasingly busy lives and there are times that unforeseen circumstances may make attending an appointment impossible.
If that’s the case, please contact clinic as soon as you can to inform us of a change of plan and to enable us to re-arrange your appointment. Kindly provide us with 72-hours’ notice (3 working days) to avoid a cancellation fee. If we are closed, or you are unable to get through to the practice, you can leave a message on our answering machine or email us at info@ikclinics.com
Please bear in mind that appointments that are cancelled at less than 72hrs notice or are missed all together, will incur 100% fee.
